| 摘 要： | 本文以电信运营商的供应链管理为背景,应用供应链管理学基础理论和电信供应链管理知识,结合运营商战略转型的背景和内容,分析并指出ICT转型业务给电信供应链管理带来的挑战和要求.最后着重从内部供应链的整合和外部供应链的优化两个方面,论述了电信ICT转型业务供应链管理的主要内容,对电信运营商的ICT转型业务供应链管理具有较大的实际意义和推广价值.

| Abstract: | This thesis in the context of supply chain management in Telecommunications operators. Analyze and point out the challenges that telecomm operators will meet during the transformation period by applying telecomm supply chain management theory and consulting the backdrop of strategic transformation. The author of this thesis elaborates the telecomm supply chain management mainly from two aspects Internal supply chain and External supply chain. The result of the study can be looked as the reference in the future supply chain management. |
