单相PFC变换器的电流过零畸变问题研究

摘    要:升压型功率数校正(Boost PFC)变换器在开关频率与电网频率之比较低时,会产牛相位超前以及过零畸变等问题.这要求应用十中频电网(400~800 Hz)的Boost PFC变换器具有很高的开火频率.随之带来的高开关损耗和高器件成本问题,制约了Boost PFC变换器效率的提高和应用范围的扩展.分析了引起过零畸变的几个因素以及它们之间的关系,给出了相应的解决措施,通过实验证明了这些措施的可行性.
