活性炭镀TiO2薄膜光催化降解苯酚废水

摘    要:本文研究用常压化学气相沉积法对活性炭镀TiO2薄膜催化剂的条件下.以紫外灯为光源,进行苯酚废液光催化降解。实验得出:(1)活性炭的量不同;(2)底物的种类不同;(3)分别用HCl、NaOH处理活性炭后再镀TiO2薄膜;(4)镀TiO2薄膜时水的温度不同;(5)在溶液中加入不同的物质(H2O2、CH2COCH3),均对苯酚废液的降解有影响,结果表明:镀膜底物为活性炭,水温度为30℃.溶液中加入H2O2时对苯酚废液的光催化效果最好。

Abstract:The photo-catalytic degradation of phenol solution under the UV-ray with TiO 2 thin film of is investigated in thesis.The film were prepared over active carbon or others substrates by chemical vapor depisition.The influences of quantity of active carbon and different substrates were coated of TiO 2 thin film and effect of additive substance into solution were studied.It was shown that the optimal condition for photo-catalytic conversion are active carbon as substrate,put H 2O 2into solution can enhance conversion.
