摘    要:2002年黄河首次调水调沙试验准备时间长,参加人员多,取得了大量的观测数据。这次试验,确立了三个目标:一是寻求黄河下游河床不淤积的临界流量和临界时间;二是力求能够使得黄河下游的河床全线冲刷;三是验证已有的河道整治工程、数学模型、实体模型,深化对黄河水沙规律的认识。从结果看,试验基本达到了预期的目标。今后,黄河水利委员会将深入研究以下工作:①小浪底水库的运用方式;②黄河下游河床演变规律;③“二级悬河”的成因、危害及解决对策;④黄河河口治理。

Abstract:The first test on water and sediment regulation conducted on the Yellow River in 2002 has spent a long time for preparation, many people participated and obtained a large number of observed data. Three purposes are defined for the test. The first is to seek critical discharge and time of no deposition on the riverbed of the lower Yellow River. The second is to try to scour the whole riverbed of the lower reaches. The third is to verify the existing river training works, mathematics model and physical model and have further understanding on the laws of water and sediment of the Yellow River. It is shown by the results that the test has achieved the desired objective. In future, Yellow River Conservancy Commission will further study the following topics: a) operational mode of the Xiaolangdi Reservoir. b) The evolution law of riverbed of the lower Yellow River. c) The cause of formation and endangerment of "Secondary Suspended River" and countermeasures for prevention. d) Management of the Yellow River mouth.
