| Abstract: | This paper briefly describes welding fixture technologies of right-angle joint in quadrate pipe fittings. Based on pneumatic clamping method, wehting fixture and positioning mechanism is designed by using wedge-lever mechanism. Ways and means of clamping force calculaiion has been recommend. |
