| 摘 要： | 针对大型箱体类零件上的大直径孔内外端面加工中存在的质量和效率问题，提出了利用自动进给式镗头进行加工的方案，对自动进给式镗头的主要参数进行了详尽的论述。并通过工艺试验，为自动进给式镗头的设计提供了理论和实践依据。 |

| Abstract: | According to the quality and efficiency question existed in machining end surface inside and outside of big diameter hole in the big case part, the process of machining with a new auto-feed boring head is proposed. The main parameters of the boring head are discussed in detail. The basis of theory and practice for design of the auto-feed boring head is provided through engineer testing. |
