| 摘 要： | 目的 观察插销式桩核冠修复多根管牙残根残冠的临床效果.方法 采用插销式桩核冠修复56颗多根管牙的残根残冠,观察术后治疗效果及修复体状况.结果 56个修复体随访6个月～4年,咀嚼效果良好,边缘密合.结论 插销式桩核冠能很好地解决多根管牙残根残冠的固位和抗力问题,修复效果良好.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of insertion-type separate post on crown restoration of residual root and crown with multiple canals. Methods Insertion-type separate post and core-crown was used to restore 56 residual roots and crowns with multiple canals. The clinical efficacy and outcome of restoration were evaluated. Result During 6 months to 4 years of follow-up, all the 56 fixed restorations were found to be with good marginal fitness and masticatory function. Conclusion Insertion-type separate post is a satisfactory solution for retention and resistance of residual root and crown with multiple canals with good restoration outcome. |
