摘    要:提出了一种新型正交5-DOF并联气囊抛光机床,研究了这种新型5-DOF并联气囊抛光机床的运动学传递性能,定义了速度传递性能评价指标和各向同性性能评价指标,基于这种并联机器人的结构布局特点,分析了各性能评价指标在工作空间内的分布规律,为这种并联气囊抛光机床的应用提供了理论基础。这种新型正交5-DOF并联气囊抛光机床具有结构简单、承载能力强、运动惯性小、初始装配位姿解耦、工艺性好等优点,可用于空间曲面(磨具、叶片等)零件的加工及精密抛光等领域。

Abstract:A novel orthogonal 5-DOF parallel gasbag polishing machine is proposed,and the kinematic transmission equations of the 5-DOF parallel gasbag polishing machine is derived in closed forms based on kinematic analysis,then the kinematic transmission performance evaluation indices are defined based on the kinematic transmission equations and discussed in detail,at last,by using the MATLAB,the distribution of the evaluation index are drawing on the workspace respectively,which can provide theoretical base for the...
