| 摘 要： | 慢性乙型肝炎（CHB）的治疗药物主要包括两大类即聚乙二醇化干扰素α和核苷（酸）类似物，临床一直致力于寻找最佳治疗方案以期提高抗病毒疗效。本文主要综述两类药物的优势与局限，探讨聚乙二醇化干扰素α联合核苷（酸）类似物治疗CHB的策略。

| Abstract: | PEG-interferon α and nucleos （t） ide analogues are major drugs for chronic hepatitis B. In order to optimize the treatment of antivirus, this review describes the advantages and limitation on PEG-interferon α and nucleos （t） ide analogues, and explores the treatment strategy of chronic hepatitis B. |
