Abstract:Based on dynamic characteristics analysis of frequency,machine-network cordination is a hotspot in conforming the value of OPC action setpoint.Most of scheme use different OPC action setpoint in specifical district for different power plant usits.In order to insure the security of turbine and steady operation of grid,a multi-frequency over-speed protection control was proposed with Zhuhai power plant 700 MW unit.In power-load imbalance range of 0%~30%,mode is fixed value control;range of 30%~60%,mode is multi-value control;and above 60% range,OPC action is absolute.Practical applications show that the proposed strategy is effective for response to fluctuation is grid frequency and turbine speed increase control after load rejection.
