| 摘 要： | 介绍了国内加热功率和炉体尺寸最大的工业微波炉在氮化钒生产中的自主开发过程及应用情况.利用该工业微波炉试制出了高于国外Nitrovan12产品标准的氮化钒,其生产过程具有加热时间减少、降低电耗、操作控制简便的显著优点.此微波炉的开发,积累了大型工业微波烧结炉设计、加工的工程经验. |
