可塑型钛钢板治疗跟骨骨折34例报告

目的评价切开复位可塑型钛钢板内固定术治疗跟骨关节内骨折的临床疗效。方法本组34例(37足)跟骨骨折。男性28例,女性6例;年龄16～56岁(平均38岁)。双侧骨折3例。所有患者术前行跟骨正、侧位及轴位x线摄片,跟骨CT扫描三维重建检查。骨折按Sanders分型,Ⅱ型12足,Ⅲ型18足,Ⅳ型7足。所有患者均采用切开复位、可塑型钛钢板内固定术。术后随访6～24个月(平均16个月)。按Maryland足部评分系统评价术后功能。结果根据Maryland足部评分,优31足,良4足,可2足。优良率达96%。结论采用切开复位可塑型钛钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折,可以取得良好的手术效果。

Titanium plate maybe plastic 34 cases of calcaneal fractures

Objective Evaluation of open reduction can be plastic titanium plate fixation of intra-articular calcaneal fracture efficacy.Methods The group of 34 patients(37 feet) of calcaneal fractures.28 males and 6 females;aged 16 to 56 years(mean 38 years).Bilateral fracture in 3 cases.All patients preoperatively calcaneus,lateral and axial x-ray,CT scan three-dimensional reconstruction of the calcaneus check.Fractures according to Sanders type,Ⅱ type 12 feet,Ⅲ in 18 feet,Ⅳ type 7 feet.All patients were treated with open reduction,may be plastic titanium plate fixation.Patients were followed up 6 to 24 months(mean 16 months).According to the Maryland foot score were evaluated.Results According to Maryland foot score,excellent in 31 feet,good in 4 feet,2 feet.Excellent rate of 96%.Conclusion Can be plastic with open reduction and plate fixation of titanium intra-articular calcaneal fractures,surgery can achieve good results.
