热敏变色染料印花非织造布性能研究

摘    要:采用手工筛网印花方式,将热敏变色微胶囊染料施加到聚丙烯SMS(即纺黏-熔喷-纺黏复合无纺布,其中S指纺黏层,M指熔喷层)非织造布上,研究其变色性能、色牢度、接触角、静电性能、透气性、力学性能等。结果发现:印花后的聚丙烯非织造布的变色性能良好,变色温度在指定温度的±2℃范围内;耐摩擦、耐皂洗、耐汗渍、耐熨烫色牢度良好,均为4~5级,耐日晒色牢度较差;非织造布的接触角小于90°,表现出亲水的特性,吸湿性增强,抗静电效果提高。热敏变色染料还增加了非织造布内纤维间的黏结,使非织造布的断裂强力、断裂伸长率分别约增加10%、50%。但热敏变色染料印花阻塞了非织造布表面的微孔,使得非织造布的透气性几乎为零。此热敏变色非织造布可用于感温产品的包覆材料,但是不适宜用于户外织物。

Abstract:By means of hand screen printing, the thermo-chromic microcapsule dyes were printed on the PP nonwovens. The thermo-chromic property, color fastness, contact angle, electrostatic property, permeability, and mechanical property of the printed nonwovens were observed. It was found that the printed nonwovens had good thermo-chromic performance with a color changing tem-perature in a range of ± 2 ℃ of a definited temperature. The color fastness to rubbing, to soaping, to perspiration and to hot pressing of the printed nonwovens were all better with the level of 4~5 re-spectively, while the color fastness to light was bad. The printing by thermo-chromic dyes improved the hydrophilic property with the contact angle less than 90 ° and the antistatic effect of the printed nonwovens. The dyes increased the bonding between fibers, so the breaking strength and the elonga-tion at break were raised by nearly 10% and about 50% respectively. But the air permeability of the printed nonwovens was almost zero since the dyes blocked the porosity. The printed nonwovens can be used in the packaging materials, but not the outdoor cloth.
