序贯模块法在天然气加工系统模拟中的应用

摘    要:天然气加工系统本身比较庞大和复杂,其过程模拟涉及面广,难度较大,无论是在过程模拟的理论基础上,还是在模拟技术的运用上,都有许多值得发展的地方。我国天然气加工工业采用先进的控制方案和先进的模拟模型尚在起步开发之中。本文建立了天然气加工系统的抽象模拟模型,并将过程系统模拟方法中的序贯模块法引入到天然气加工系统的操作型模拟中,编制计算机程序,对实际的某天然气加工厂进行了模拟计算,取得较为准确的模拟计算结果。

Abstract:The theory and the application of simulation technology need more development because natural gas processing system was relatively complex and its simulation was comparatively difficult. As to natural gas processing industry, the development of advanced controlling program and simulation model was in the primary period. In this paper, the abstract simulation model of natural gas processing system was built and the sequential modular approach was induced into this simulation. The calculation program was developed and relatively accurate result was achieved when this method was used in the simulation of a natural gas processing plant.
