摘    要:目的]研究超重处理对茎瘤芥(Brassica juncea var.tumida Tsen et Lee)种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,探讨超重处理对茎瘤芥种子生长发育的影响机理。方法]以0、2 000、3 000和4 000 r/min的超重力分别处理茎瘤芥种子1.5、3.0和4.5 h后,进行培养,观察其出苗时间、出苗率、性状表现,并测定幼苗叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量和过氧化物酶活性。结果]与对照相比,超重处理后,茎瘤芥发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数随处理条件变化有不同程度的降低。超重处理后,苗期茎瘤芥植株变矮,根系变短且发达,叶长变短,鲜重和干重都有不同程度的降低,而茎粗则不同程度增加。超重处理后,茎瘤芥幼苗叶绿素含量和过氧化物酶活性都有不同程度的增加,而可溶性蛋白含量有不同程度的降低。超重处理可以影响茎瘤芥幼苗的生长,处理时间以及重力加速度是影响其生长的重要因素,适当的超重处理可以促进植物生长。同时,超重处理可增强茎瘤芥幼苗的抗倒伏能力、抗有害物的能力和合成有机物的能力。结论]该研究可为超重技术在茎瘤芥生产中的应用提供参考依据。

Effects of Hypergravity on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Tumorous Stem Mustard(Brassica juncea var. tumida Tsen et Lee)

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study the effects of hypergravity on seed germination and seedling growth of tumorous stem mustard,and discuss the effect mechanism of hypergravity on development and growth of tumorous stem mustard seed.Method] Tumorous stem mustard seeds were treated with the hypergravity of 0(CK),2 000,3 000 and 4 000 r/min for 1.5,3.0 and 4.5 h,respectively,and then they were cultured in sandy medium.Finally,the emergence time,emergence rate and traits were observed and the seedlings performance of chlorophyll content,soluble protein content and peroxidase activity were determined.Result] The results showed that comparing with CK,the germination rate,germination potential ability and germination index of tumorous stem mustard were reduced in a degree after overweight processing,and its plant became short,root became short and developed,leaf length shortened,fresh weight and dry weight reduced in a degree,while stem diameter was increased in a degree during seedling stage.The chlorophyll content and peroxidase activity of tumorous stem mustard seedlings after overweight processing increased in a degree,while its soluble protein content in a degree.Overweight processing could affect the growth of rice seedlings,the processing time and gravity acceleration were the important factors affecting its growth,appropriate overweight processing could accelerate the growth of its plants.Meanwhile,overweight processing might enhanced tumorous stem mustard seedling ability to lodging-resistance,resist harmlful substances and synthesizing organics.Conclusion] The study provides a basis for applying overweight technology in tumorous stem mustard production.
