| 摘 要： | 应用ＰＣＲ技术和小型聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳银染色检测法，对云南白族人群和云南汉族人群Ｄ１７Ｓ３０，Ｄ１Ｓ８０和ＡｐｏＢ基因座遗传多态性进行了调查．发现白族人群Ｄ１７Ｓ３０基因座有１１个等位基因，其频率范围为０００２７～０１８１８；Ｄ１Ｓ８０基因座有１９个等位基因，频率范围在０００４３～０２４１４．汉族人群Ｄ１７Ｓ３０基因座有１２个等位基因，其频率范围为０００４８～０１９２０；Ｄ１Ｓ８０基因座有１８个等位基因，频率范围为０００３０～０２６３３；ＡｐｏＢ基因座有１２个等位基因，频率范围为０００３９～０４６４８．调查还获得两个民族相应基因座的个人识别能力和杂合度等数据资料
