矿山半连续工艺系统可靠性研究

摘    要:对矿山半连续工艺系统的布置进行了分类,根据系统不同类型,提出了计算系统可靠度的三种方法:一般计算方法或称系统可靠性数学方法、系统可靠性数字仿真方法和故障树法。实例研究表明,各种计算方法用于计算矿山运输系统的可靠度都具有实用性和通用性,计算结果较准确。通过系统可靠性计算结果,可掌握系统可靠性现状,确定系统薄弱环节,从而加强薄弱环节的管理,提高系统的生产能力。

Abstract:In this paper,the arrangement patterns of semicontinuous transporting system are classified.According to different type of system,three methods for system reliability calculating-the general method or the system reliab-ility mathematical method,the numerical simulation method and the fault tree method-are advanced,The case study of reliability calculating of mine haulage system indicates that all the three methods are practical and general and the results accurate,By means of reliability calculating,the actual state of the system reliability can be clarified and the weak links of the system exposed.And then,the countermeasures against the weak links can be deter-mined and the system capacity raised.
