| 摘 要： | 目的探讨妊娠高血压疾病患者胎盘绒毛组织内皮素-1(ET-1)及其受体(ETA、ETB)的mRNA表达,了解其与妊娠高血压疾病的关系。方法采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测60例妊娠高血压疾病和30例正常妊娠胎盘绒毛组织ET-1、ETA和ETB的mRNA表达,并设立GAPDH内对照对PCR产物作半定量分析。结果胎盘绒毛组织存在ET-1、ETA及ETB mRNA的表达,且妊娠高血压疾病组ET-1和ETA mRNA表达明显高于正常对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ETB mRNA表达在两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胎盘绒毛组织ET-1表达增加及其受体的变化在妊娠高血压疾病的发病中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the mRNA expression of endothelin-1(ET-1),ET-1 receptors ETA and ETB in placenta villous from normal pregnancy(NP) and pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH).Methods The mRNA levels of ET-1,ETA and ETB were determined using RT-PCR in placenta villous from 30 cases of NP and 60 cases of PIH.Results The mRNA expressions of ET-1,ETA and ETB were found in placenta from both PIH and NP. The mRNA levels of ET-1 and ETA were significantly higher in PIH than those in NP(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in ETB mRNA level between PIH and NP(P>0.05).Conclusion The increased mRNA expression of ET-1 and ETA may play an important role in the pathogenesis of PIH. |
