基于UG的风机叶片参数化建模方法

摘    要:叶片是风机的关键部件,通常采用分段截面拟合进行叶片体建模,在UG平台上对风机叶片进行参数化建模,采用控制叶片厚度的方法对叶片的截面进行参数化设计,并基于Excel表参数化生成风机叶片的各个截面。应用UG图形的变换功能,确定各个截面的空间位置,并在UG曲面造型模块中生成叶片的实体模型,完成叶片实体建模后,对叶片的曲面进行曲面分析和检查。此种建模方法,减少了风机叶片建模的工作量,避免了重复工作,为通风机的系列化建模奠定基础。

Abstract:The blades is an important part of ventilator,it is fitted with blades body by sub-section.The method is for parametric modeling of ventilator blades in the UG platform.This paper shows section of blade design parameters by controlling thickness of the blade,and each ventilator blade section based on Excel table parameters model.Author uses UG graphics transformation function to determine the spatial location of each section.It generateds solid model of the ventilator blades through the curve group based UG surface modeling capabilities.After blades modeling is established,the surface of blades is analyzed and checked.This method of modeling greatly reduces the workload of ventilator,avoids work duplication and lays the foundation for modeling of the series ventilator.
