| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刺、牵引、心理治疗、康复训练并用治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效：方法按照随机的原则，将符合诊断标准的70例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为两组。治疗组35例，采用针灸、心理治疗、康复训练；对照组35例，采用单纯针灸治疗。结果总有效率治疗组分别为91．4％，对照组分别为80．0％，两组有效率比较，差异有统计学意义意义（P〈0．01）。结论针刺、心理治疗、康复训练并用治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效优于单纯针刺治疗，对神经根型颈椎病的治疗具有重要意义。
