尿锰的石墨炉原子吸收测定法

摘    要:目的建立一种简便准确的石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定尿锰。方法石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定尿锰以钯溶液与硝酸镁作为混合基体改进剂,使灰化温度达到1000℃以上,降低了尿样中复杂成分的干扰。结果方法的检出限为1.26μg/L,对同一尿样的相对偏差为1.48%,加标回收率为92.3%~103.0%。结论该法为一种简便的理想的尿锰测定方法。

Abstract:Objective To establish asimple and accurate method for the GF-AAS determination of manganese in urine.Methods Palladium chloride and magnesium nitrate were used as mixed matrix modifier in the GF-AAS determination of manganese in urine,in order to raise the ashing temperature to 1 000 ℃ and also to lower interferences of those complex co-existing components to a considerable extent. Results Detection limit of the method was 1.26 μg/L. In analyzing the same urine sample, values of RSD s was 1.48%,recovery obtained were in the ranges of 92.3% -103.0% respectively. Conclusion This method is simple and ideal for the determination of manganese in urine.
