电解工艺极板短路检测系统的研究

摘    要:对电解生产中出现的极板短路现象,用监测电解极板的温度,来达到检测电解极板短路的目的。采用智能数字温度传感器和通过一线总线网络机485工业网络局域技术,研究电解工艺极板短路自动检测网络系统。通过现场中试,达到了预期目的。

Abstract:The short circuit of electrolytic plate in electrolysis process can be monitored by temperature monitoring of electrolysis plate.The intelligent digital temperature sensor and one-wire Bus network machine,485 industrial Local Area Network shall be adopted to research the automatic detection network system of plate short circuit in electrolysis process.The intended purpose has been reached through the field test.
