浅谈工程按实结算的实际应用

我国国家标准GB50500—2003 《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》 (以下简称 ) 《计价规范》已于 2003年 2月 17日发布, 2003年 7月 1日起在全国施行。《计价规范》对完善建筑市场的法规制度、有效控制工程造价等方面将起到重要作用, 并且将会形成一种全新的工程造价管理模式。我个人在学习《计价规范》过程中, 深感《计价规范》的施行将使我国工程造价管理体制产生巨大变革, 其意义深远流长, 现通过对基础土方工程的定额分析、阐述在市场经济条件下按实结算的实际应用,并从中说明如何优化施工方案、节约投资。
