川芎有效部位气相色谱-质谱研究与指纹图谱分析

摘    要:采用气相色谱 -质谱 ( GC/ MS)联用技术 ,利用 NIST谱库分析、鉴定川芎有效部位中的主要化学成分。在 GC/ MS色谱条件下 ,通过测定不同产地和不同批次的川芎药材样品 ,参照相对峰面积分析确定指纹图谱中的共有峰。结果表明 :川芎有效部位中主要含有藁本内酯和亚丁烯邻苯二甲内酯等 2 2种化学成分 ,其中可用于指纹图谱定性分析的共有峰 1 6个。包括有效成分在内的指纹图谱共有峰基本可以反映川芎有效部位的物质组成特性 ,从而将有效地控制川芎药材质量

Abstract:The components of lipophilic part of Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort. (LCH) were analyzed by use of gas chromatography/mass spectrometer (GC/MS) with NIST library. Under the chromatographic conditions, the samples of LCH from different place with different batch were measured and the common peaks in the fingerprint were confirmed. Twenty two compounds in lipophilic part of LCH were identified and sixteen of them will be used as common peaks of the fingerprint to control the quality of LCH. The fingerprint with active compounds can basically illustrate the composing character of lipophilic part of LCH and the quality of LCH can be controlled by this method.
