变压器三维电场分析方法探讨

摘    要:阐述了用ANSYS分析变压器三维电场时存在的问题和缺陷,通过简化变压器模型可较好的解决这一问题. 利用INVENTOR建立变压器模型,并介绍了INVENTOR所建模型导入ANSYS的方法. 采用强加零边界法和无限单元法分别对高压变压器的三维电场进行了分析和计算,分析对比了两种不同方法的计算结果,并给出变压器的电位和场强分布. 计算结果与理论分析的结论相一致,证实了所述分析方法的合理性.

Abstract:Problems in analyzing the 3-D electric field of transformers were discussed.Simplifying the transformer model leads to a better way to solve these problems.Transformer models were given by INVENTOR and the method of importing this model into ANSYS was introduced.The 3-D electric field of transformers was analyzed with the zero boundary method and infinite element method.The results of both methods were compared.The merits of these two methods were discussed and the distributions of voltage and electric field were obtained.The calculated results are consistent with the theory analysis.The rationality of the method is verified and can be used on transformer design.
