摘    要:对PM 31系统在济三煤矿的使用情况进行了总结,针对该系统在使用过程中存在的非自动控制环节较多,成组单架顺序自动控制滞后于截煤速度的问题,结合矿井生产实际情况,研究实现了基于PM 31系统的成组多架同步控制系统,为矿井今后生产的扩大奠定了基础。

Abstract:The use of PM31 system in Jining No.3 Coal Mine was summarized.Because of the system only had the function of group multi-hydraulic sequential control and some operations didn't have the function of automatic control which leaded the support's speed slower than the shearer's.In order to promote production.The function of group multi-hydraulic synchronization control based on the PM31 was studied.
