电厂辅机设备运行管理系统研究与开发

摘    要:针对目前电厂辅机设备运行管理系统存在的问题,开发了一套在线监视辅机运行状态的系统。该系统采用在线方法,实时监测辅机运行状况,使辅机设备运行管理与机组运行管理同步。通过分离后台计算程序与算法逻辑实现了算法的在线切换,使系统适应多种情况下辅机运行状况的判断。采用B/S模式的系统参数设定方式,简化了系统的管理和维护,同时又增加了灵活性。查询结果在Web浏览器上以表格形式显示,并且具有输出到Excel文件的功能。现场运行实践表明,该系统运行速度快、稳定性强,用户使用、维护方便,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:In view of existing problems in the operation management system for auxiliary equipment in power plants,a set of on-line monitoring for auxiliary equipment was developed.By means of on-line solution,the operation management of both units and auxiliary equipment becomes synchronous.In addition,on-line switchover may be realized by seperating background computation program with algorithm logic,which make it possible for the system to identify the auxiliary's operation conditions in many cases.Introducing B/S mode simplifies the maintenance and management of system,and enhances its flexibility as well.The result is displayed in list on the Web Browser and can be output to Excel document.Operating experience indicates that the system is of fast operating speed,better stability,and convenient for use and maintainence,presenting even wider future application.
