豚鼠耳蜗微循环的检测

摘    要:应用生物微球技术,结合耳蜗连续切片,直接定量检测6只正常豚鼠耳蜗血流。结果耳蜗总血流为1.662±0.262μl/min·cochlea,蜗轴、外侧壁、耳蜗隔三处血流,分别为0.955±0.272μl/min、0.654±0.272μl/min和0.053±0.060μl/min。对本实验方法和结果进行了讨论,认为用该方法检测动物的耳蜗总血流和耳蜗局部血流是准确易行的。

Abstract:Many inner ear disordors are related with the disturbance of the cochlear microcircula-tion. Using the biomicrosphere(from RBCS of totals) technique combined with light microscopic observation of serially sectioned, paraffin embedded cochleas, the total microspheres were counted, their distribution in the different vascular areas of the cochlea was noted, then both the total cochlear blood flow and the regional cochlear blood flow were determined. The results demonstrated that the cochlear blood flow was 1.662±0.262μl/min·cochlea, the regional cochlear blood flow in the modiodus, lateral wall and cochlear partition was(μl/min)0.955±0.272, 0.654±0.272 and 0.050±0.060 respectively. Authors discussed the experimental method and the results, considered it easy and reliable to determined cochlear blood flow which reflcted the condition of the cochlear microcirculation by the method.
