平面变胞间歇机构动力学分析及其仿真

摘    要:在采用杆组法建立平面变胞间歇运动机构的运动学分析的数学模型之后,在运动学分析的基础上,对其进一步进行动力学的分析研究。根据已经确定的杆件负载,求出主动件所需的动力以及各约束的约束反力,为选定动力和构件的强度设计提供依据。利用ADAMS对机构进行动力学仿真,计算结果及仿真结果相互验证,证明了动态静力法分析结果的可靠性。

Abstract:After establishing the mathematical model of the planar metamorphic intermittent mechanism based on the kinetic analysis,the further kinetic analysis and study are performed for the mechanisms. The dynamic force required by the driving member and the constraint reaction of each constraint shall be found out according to the determined member load,thus to provide reference for the strength design of the selected dynamic force and the component. ADAMS is utilized to perform kinetic simulation for the mechanism,mutual authentication are performed between the calculation result and the simulation result,thus to prove the reliability of the analysis result by the method presented in this paper.
