| 摘 要： | 目的:PET/CT是正电子发射断层(PET)和X线CT同机融合的新型医学影像设备,它把解剖与功能影像有机的融为一体。我国1995年配置医用回旋加速器和PET,2002年配置和应用PET/CT,已有20多年历史。论文将研究我国PET/CT的应用现状,配置管理和发展方向。方法:通过调查和访问了解我国PET/CT的配置和使用情况,与卫生行政部门共同制定我国PET/CT的配置规划和管理办法。结果:我国目前共有PET/CT150台,医用回旋加速器90台。结论:我国PET/CT的发展是与国民经济的发展相适应的。

| Abstract: | Objective：PET/CT is the combination of positron emission computed tomography（PET） and X-ray computed tomography（CT）which fused anatomic image and metabolic image together.This paper will introduce and outline the current status and future development of PET/CT in clinical application and equipment management.Methods：The data of PET/CT was collected through the national survey and investigation with the relevant companies.The development plan and management of PET/CT was accomplished by the relevant government departments cooperated with the professional societies.Results：There are currently 150 PET/CT and 90 cyclotrons in China.Conclusion：The development of PET/CT in China is basically matched with the growth of Chinese economy. |
