导乐分娩236例临床观察

目的探讨导乐对经阴分娩的影响。方法本研究包括在我院定期做产前检查并且入院后经全身检查没有剖宫产指征拟阴道分娩者的472例,随机抽取236例作为导乐分娩组,其余236例作为传统模式分娩组。观察两组产妇的产程、产后出血量及新生儿窒息率。结果导乐分娩组产妇第一产程8.78±1.03(h),第二产程0.80±0.19(h);对照组第一产程11.83±1.24(h),第二产程1.13±0.43(h),导乐分娩组第一产程、第二产程时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。产后出血量导乐分娩组108.67±10.83(ml),对照组124.34±10.46(ml),导乐分娩组产后出血量低于对照组(P<0.05)。导乐分娩组新生儿窒息率1.82%;对照组为6.77%,导乐分娩组新生儿窒息率小于对照组(P<0.05)结论导乐分娩大大缩短了产程,减少了产后出血情况,降低了新生儿窒息率,有利于母婴健康,是一种值得提倡的新的分娩方式。

Music guided delivery:clinical observation of 236 cases

Objective: To discuss the effect of Doula in delivery.Methods: This study included 472 maternity patients doing prenatal diagnosis regularly who had no indications of abdominal delivery.Random drawing of 236 maternity patients as the group of Doula in delivery and that of the other 236 patients as the group of traditional patterns were made to compare the stages of labor,the quantity of postpartum hemorrhage and the rate of neonatal asphyxia.Results: Both the time of the first stage(8.78±1.03h) and the second of labor(0.80±0.19h) in Doula delivery group were shorter than those in the control group(11.83±1.24h),(1.13±0.43h)(P<0.05);the amount of puerperal hemorrhage(108.67±10.83ml) was less than that in the control group(124.34±10.46ml)(P<0.05);and the rate of neonate(1.82%) was lower than that in the control group(6.77%)(P<0.05).Conclusions: Doula in delivery can shorten the parturient,reduce postpartum hemorrhage and debase the rate of neonatal asphyxia,which is advantageous of the pregnant and baby.In a word,Doula in delivery is worthy of being advocated.
