| 摘 要： | 介绍了液化天然气（LNG）的特点以及LNG接收站的情况；结合江苏LNG接收站工程，详细阐述了LNG接收站在接收卸料、储存、BOG处理、高压气化、外输部分等主体工艺流程；分析了卸料臂，高／低压泵，储罐，再冷凝器，ORV，SCV等主要设备的特性；结合各个工艺流程和设备讨论了其自动控制系统的应用和主要的控制。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of liquefied natural gas(LNG) and the status of LNG station are presented.Combined with Jiangsu LNG receiving station project,the main processes such as receiving,unloding,storage,BOG processing,high pressure gasification and external transportation,as well as major equipment such as unloading arm,high/low pressure pump,storage tank,condenser,ORV and SCV in the LNG station are introduced in detail.The application of automatic control system and main control are discussed combing with individual process and equipment. |
