摘    要:履带结是露天煤矿中广泛采用的斗轮式采煤机上的重要零件,其运行中的失效会带来灾难性的安全事故。在分析履带结失效原因的基础上,参考有关资料,研制新的钢种。用新钢种制造的履带结在煤矿中运行正常,说明失效分析工作和新钢种的研发是成功的。

Abstract:Track link is an important part of bucket wheel coal mining machine in open air coal mine. Its failure service may lead to catastrophic results. It will be a very serious security accident. Based on a failure analysis, overcoming the shortcomings of failed track links, referring to some foreign technical information, a new kind of steel was developed. Track links made of this new steel were put into operations in coal mine. Its operation was quite smooth. This means that the failure analysis made in this paper and the development of a new kind of steel was quite successful.
