| Abstract: | The principle of avalanch transistor is described.The narrow impulse generator circuit which can balancingly output positive and negative impulses with duration of 1 ns is analysed, designed and test results are given. The circuit is used in 1 GHz ground penetrating radarsystem for static pulse generator. The relationship between them is analysed. The practical results applied to field are shown. |
