| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨老年男性冠心病与血清性激素和尿酸水平的关系。方法:收集老年男性冠心病(CHD)患者血液标本80例(CHD组)和体检健康老年男性血液标本40例(对照组),平行测定两组标本的血清雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、睾酮(T)、尿酸(UA)以及空腹血糖(FBG)、血脂(BL)水平。结果:CHD组T水平和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),而E2/T、UA、FBG水平显著高于对照组(P均<0.01)。性激素与UA之间未见显著相关性,Logistic回归分析显示,E2/T、UA以及HDL-C与老年男性CHD独立相关。结论:E2/T比值增高、高UA血症以及低HDL-C血症可能是老年男性CHD的独立危险因素。 |
