| Abstract: | The differences between the conventional management mode for the government investment projects and the agent construction system are briefly discussed in this paper. The characteristics of the agent construction system for the government -funded projects are analyzed and the operation signification of the promotion of the agent construction system for the government -funded projects is discussed as well here. |
