东菱迪芙治疗脑梗死继发出血相关因素分析

目的研究东菱迪芙治疗脑梗死继发出血的相关因素。方法搜集应用东菱迪芙治疗脑梗死的住院病历。对出现继发出血病例的详细资料进行整理分析。结果东菱迪芙治疗脑梗死患者375例,27例(7.2%)并发出血。出血者中,病情加重16例,无变化11例。大面积脑梗死13例。24例合并高血压,9例合并糖尿病。2例在发病后6h内、4例在7～12h内、21例在12h以上开始应用东菱迪芙。伴发房颤13例。既往有脑血管病史者10例。结论东菱迪芙治疗脑梗死疗效肯定,但应严格选择病例。梗死时间较长、大面积脑梗死伴有高血压等脑血管病危险因素、伴房颤、既往有严重的脑血管病者应慎用东菱迪芙治疗。

Analysis of the factors related to hemorrhage infarction treated with batroxobin

Objective To explore the factors related to hemorrhage infarction(HI)treated with Batroxobin.Methods To collect the in-patient cases of cerebral infarction treated with Batroxobin then sort out and analyse the detailed cases of hemorrhage infarction.Results There were 27 cases(7.2%)suffered from HI among the total 375 cases of cerebral infarction treated with Batroxobin.Among the above 27 cases of HI,there were 13 cases with extent cerebral infarction,24 cases with hypertension,9 cases with diabetes,13 cases with atrial fibrillation and 10 cases with cerebral vascular diseases history.There were 16 cases with aggravation and the other 11 cases without deterioration in the 27 HI cases.There were 2 cases stroked within 6 hours,4 cases within 7-12 hours and 21 cases stroked more than 12 hours when injected with Batroxobin.Conclusion Batroxobin is effective in curing cerebral infarction with precise cases selection.Batroxobin should be used cautiously in those cases with long period infarction or atrial fibrillation or extent cerebral infarction with hyper risk factors such as hypertention or serious cerebral vascular diseases history.
