| 摘 要： | 建立了某轿车离合器膜片弹簧有限元模型。利用有限元接触算法对膜片弹簧结合与分离过程的应力状况进行了分析计算。计算结果与经典理论计算结果吻合。分析了结构参数对降低膜片弹簧分离指窗口处局部应力的影响。研究结果对膜片弹簧的优化设计具有参考意义。

| Abstract: | FE model for the car clutch disc spring is set up. Stresses of the disc spring in the process of connection and separation is analysed by finite element contact algorithm. The results go well with the theoretical calculation. Influence of structural parameters for lowing local stress at the root of the disc spring are analysed, which is of reference value for the optimum design of the disc spring |
