摘    要:研究了1#改性水玻璃砂微波硬化后的室温强度和残留强度性能,并对其物相进行分析。结果表明,改性水玻璃砂强度明显高于未改性水玻璃砂强度,且改性剂加入质量分数为6%时获得的强度值最高。如果生产中使用此改性水玻璃,水玻璃用量可降到1.5%及以下。

Abstract:Tensile and retained strength of microwave hardened waterglass modified with 1~# agent were investigated.Phases of modified and unmodified waterglass film were also analyzed by means of XRD.The experimental results showed that the tensile strength of modified waterglass sand were obviously higher than that of the unmodified and the maximum tensile strength would be obtained if the content of 1~# modifier was 6%.Therefore the usage of waterglass in foundry practice couled be reduced to 1.5% or less.
