超声-Cd~(2+)/N共掺杂TiO_2可见光催化降解苯酚研究

摘    要:以钛酸丁酯为原料,用溶胶-凝胶法合成Cd~(2+)/N共掺杂的二氧化钛,采用X光衍射仪对其粉体的物相进行了表征。进而研究此合成掺杂光催化剂在US(超声波)/Vis(可见光)下降解水中苯酚的降解效果,结果表明,在Cd~(2+)、N共掺杂的二氧化钛作为催化剂的情况下,可见光光催化降解苯酚有一定的效果;超声波的加入能够明显提高可见光光催化降解苯酚的降解率。

Abstract:Cd~(2+)/N co-doped TiO_2 were prepared by Sol-Gel method. The size structure appearance and thermostabile properties were analyzed by TEM and XRD.Degradation of phenol was observed under visible light and ultrasound with co-doped TiO_2.Results showed that the effect of degradation with co-doped TiO_2 under visible light was 3 times of that with pure TiO_2 after 1 hour,and ultrasonic wave can greatly increase the visible light induced photocatalytic degradation of phenol.
