摘    要:综述镗削过程中减振镗杆振动控制的研究概况和进展.根据切削振动发生的原因和特点,针对减振镗杆减振方式和方法的不同,从减振镗杆的理论模型、减振结构及减振材料角度总结归纳了前人的研究成果,总结当前的研究进展.减振镗杆减振技术在理论方面依然存在制约因素,一些新的技术和新的材料的出现促进了减振理论和思想的发展,在传统控制方法不断改进的同时,基于智能材料的各种新型减振技术也出现了,对他们的研究状况进行分析和展望.

Abstract:The research situation and progress about the vibration control of damping boring bar in the process of boring are reviewed in this paper.According to the causes and characteristics of the cutting vibration,the development results of the theoretical model,damping structure and material are summarized,respectively,for different damping approaches.Furthermore,the new-style material could be applied to promote the development of damping techniques and offset the drawback of the theoretical research.Besides,the smart material with novel control methods also attract considerable attention.The prospects of the above mentioned techniques are specifically analyzed.
