超声波辅助浸提黄芪多糖的工艺研究

摘    要:采用超声波提取技术从黄芪中提取黄芪多糖,筛选出最佳提取工艺。分别考察了乙醇用量、超声波频率、浸提时间、固液比、提取液pH值等因素对多糖提取量的影响,并通过正交试验得到了超声波提取黄芪多糖的最佳工艺参数为:超声波频率为14kHz,提取时间为15min,固液比为3∶80(g∶mL),提取液pH值为8.5,在此条件下,黄芪多糖的提取量为6.223mg/g。

Abstract:Astragalus mongholicus is a well-known in Chinese traditional medicine. Astragalus mongholicus can increase immune ability and antivirus ability of animals using in animal.
