镜下微波治疗对晚期中央型肺癌近期生存质量的评价

目的探讨支气管镜下微波治疗对晚期中央型肺癌生存质量的改善情况。方法将晚期肺癌患者随机分为支气管镜下微波治疗组和常规治疗组，分别在治疗2周前后使用肺癌患者生存质量量表FACT—L中文版（V4．0）对患者自评，比较两者治疗前后差值。结果：支气管镜下微波治疗组自评量分差值较常规治疗组高，两者间有显著差异（P〈0．01）。结论支气管镜下微波治疗作为晚期肺癌姑息治疗的一种手段对患者近期生存质量的改善有临床价值。

The effects of microwave therapy under bronchofiberoscope on the life quality of patients with central type of advanced lung cancer in the near future

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of microwave under bronchofiberoscope on the life quality of the patients with central type of advanced lung cancer in the near future.Methods Total of 58 cases with advanced lung cancer was randomly divided into treatment group that received microwave therapy under bronchofiberoscope(29 cases) and control group that received routine therapy only(27 cases).At pretherapy and post-treatment two weeks,the lung cancer-quality of life measuring scale factl(Chinese version,V4.0) were given to the patients for the self estimation,and then compared the differences of two groups between pretherapy and post-treatment.Results The self-estimation difference of the lung cancer quality of life measuring scale factl was higher in the treatment group than that in the control group obviously in the near future(P<0.01).Conclusion The microwave therapy under bronchofiberoscope,as an alleviative treatment method has important clinical value for improving the life quality of patients with advanced lung cancer in the near future.
