电弧喷涂快速模具的 3Cr13 涂层工艺参数优化

摘    要:为了确定电弧喷涂快速模具型壳材料3Cr13的喷涂工艺参数,用正交试验法研究了喷涂工艺参数对涂层厚度、涂层硬度和孔隙率的影响,并利用光学和电子显微镜对喷涂涂层的微观形貌进行了观察和分析。结果表明:所获得的喷涂工艺参数,较好的实现了喷涂模具的制造及应用,可用于汽车覆盖件的冲压制造。

Abstract:In order to determine the spraying process parameters of 3Cr13 for rapid tooling making, an orthogonal experiment was used to study the effects of spraying process parameters on coating thickness, coating hardness and porosity. The microstructure of spraying coating was observed and analyzed by optical microscope and electron microscope. The results show that: the spraying rapid tooling was manufactured successfully by the obtained spraying process parameters, and can be used in the manufacturing of cover panel.
