摘    要:应用塔菲尔极化曲线和开路电位等电化学方法,研究了钢筋混凝土试件在不同直流电压和不同质量分数的氯化钠溶液环境中快速锈蚀过程,分析处于混凝土环境中的钢筋快速锈蚀的动力学机理.研究结果表明,在外加电压分别为1,2V的快速锈蚀中,钢筋混凝土在腐蚀的0~5h时,腐蚀速率随着时间增加逐渐增大;当腐蚀时间在15~20h时,腐蚀速率达到最大;腐蚀速度随氯离子质量分数的增加而增大,当外加电压为2V且氯离子质量分数为5%时,其腐蚀速率高达83.89mm/a.

Abstract:The mechanism of rapid corrosion process of concrete iron under DC voltage was investigated by Tafel polarization curve,opens potential etc.method.The results show that the corrosion rate of the reinforced concrete in 0 ~ 5 hrs increase with time gradually,and reach maximum in 15~20 hrs,then decreases.The corrosion rate increases with the quality of chloride ion fraction increased,under an external 2 V DC voltage,and mass fraction of chloride ions was 5%,the corrosion rate is maximum 83.89 mm/a.
