| 摘 要： | 本文针对城乡统筹发展的重大命题，提出通过电大远程教育功能和作用的发挥，为重庆城乡统筹发展培养多样化的应用型人才。强化“守土”和“进城”农民的素质提升和技能培训，促进城乡发展的均衡化，为“率先”建成全面小康社会奠定坚实的基础。

| Abstract: | According to important issues of urban-rural overall development, this paper points out that the long-distance education function and role of broadcast and television＇universities can be used to cultivate diversified applied talents for overall urban-rural development of Chongqing and to consolidate quality improvement of the peasants both planting crops and working in the cities and to promote balanced urban-rural development and to lay the firm foundation for overall constructing well-off all-round society. |
