| 摘 要： | 目的：观察疏肝健脾法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法：应用疏肝健脾法并根据症状随证加减治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的患者35例,疗程均为1个月,比较治疗前后的临床症状和生活质量,观察该方法治疗肠易激综合征的临床治疗效果。结果：总有效率为91.4%,患者的临床症状及生活质量较治疗前有显著差异（P〈0.01）。结论：疏肝健脾法能有效改善腹泻型肠易激综合征患者的生活质量和临床症状。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the effect of Shu Gan Jian Pi method in treating diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome（D-IBS）.Methods：Using Shu Gan Jian Pi method to treat 35 patients with D-IBS.The therapeutic course was 1 month.The changes of clinical symptom and the quality of life were observed and compared.Results：The total effective rate was 91.4%.The clinical symptoms and quality of life were significantly improved after treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Shu Gan Jian Pi method has the effect of improving the life quality and clinical symptom in treating D-IBS. |
