| 摘 要： | 利用溴酸钾在酸性溶液中与碘化钾反应析出碘,用硫代硫酸钠标准溶液滴定定量的原理,使用滴定法测定小麦粉中溴酸钾的含量,操作简便,最低检测限0.01 g/kg,回收率83%～107%,变异系数都在5%之内,方法准确可靠.

| Abstract: | The detection of content of potassium bromate in wheat flour titrated by hyposulphite is introduced, basing on the principle of separation out of iodine when potassium brornate meets potassium iodide in acid liquid. It is proved that the least limits is 0.01 g/kg, the rate of recovery is from 83% - 107% and the variation coefficient is within 5%. |
