原始红松林土壤微生物养分及相关性研究

摘    要:目的]为了探讨原始阔叶红松林土壤生化特性及其与土壤肥力的关系。方法]对红皮云杉红松林、蒙古栎红松林、椴树红松林及2种对照林型的土壤微生物、土壤养分因子进行了测定和分析。结果]3种原始阔叶红松林土壤微生物数量和土壤养分含量显著相关,土壤肥力均高于2种对照林型。土壤养分含量表现为红皮云杉红松林椴树红松林蒙古栎红松林落叶松人工林白桦人工林。结论]土壤微生物数量、土壤养分含量显著相关性。

Abstract: Objective] The research aimed to study the correlation between soil biochemical characteristics and the soil fertility in native mixed-korean pine forests. Method] Soil microorganism and soil nutrients were analyzed with soil samples taken from three site of different mixed stands of native korean pine forests( HD, HZ, and HY) ,and two control site of pure stand( LY and BH). Result] There was a signifi- cant relationship between soil microorganism quantity and soil nutrient content, and the soil fertility in native mixed - korean pine forests was higher compared with the control forest types. The soil nutrient contents gradation was HY 〉 HD 〉 HZ 〉 LY 〉 BH. Conclusion] The correlation among soil microorganism quantity and soil nutrient contents was significant.
