| 摘 要： | 目的评价单臂外固定支架治疗胫腓骨骨折的治疗效果。方法应用单臂外固定支架治疗胫腓骨骨折108例。结果经8～13个月随访，108例在术后平均6个月内达到临床愈合，无一例发生骨折不愈合及感染。结论单臂外固定支架治疗胫腓骨骨折，治疗安全，复位固定确切，利于早期活动。

| Abstract: | Objective To research the purpose of one arm outside fixes holder in curing the fracture of tibiofibula bone. Methods To treat 108 examples of tibiofibula bone fracture with a outside fixes holder. Results Bear fruit after 8 - 13 months follow -up, the 108 examples have been cured in 6 months,there was none that is infcted or fracture disunion. Conclusions One arm outside fixes holder in curing the fracture of tibiofibula bone is safe, resetting definite and good for the early phase activity. |
